Abstract: 文章提出了对外汉语方向硕士研究生两年国内学习、一年国外实习即"2+1"的创新培养模式,详细论述了"2+1"培养模式的具体操作方法,以及它对培养研究生综合能力所起的重要作用和所产生的社会效益。
