美术教学目标表述与问题修正

Abstract: 教学目标对教学有激励、控制和导向功能,是教学的关键。在充分尊重美术学科特色的前提下,针对美术在职教师拟定教学目标的普遍问题,在形式上对目标表述现状提出修正意见,在内容上提出"知行为"拟定教学目标内容的操作策略,即弄清学生最想"知"的是哪些知识;学生最想去"行"的是哪些事情;我们最想要学生成为哪种类型的人。提倡用行为目标的思维方式消除美术教学中非控制因素,倡导理性教学。
