学校管理者应具有教育生态平衡与良性循环的观念

Abstract: 教育生态理论是以教育为研究对象,从生态学的角度,采用生态学的方法来剖析教育的内外部系统,从而分析教育的生态功能并揭示教育生态基本规律的理论。教育生态平衡与良性循环是教育生态理论的重要组成部分。随着教育事业的发展,教育内外环境的日益复杂,学校管理者的角色也发生了转变。教育生态理论的基本观念,有助于学校管理者从全局上准确地把握学校的协调发展问题,进而保证学校规划的科学性,实现学校的可持续发展。
