建立在校大学生灾难急救、互救职能培训体系

Abstract: ＜正＞汶川地震给人民的生命财产造成了极为惨重的损失,面对猝不及防的自然灾害,人类往往无能为力。但是,在第一时间对灾害造成的人身损害进行自救、互救,却能够将伤亡降到最低限度。因此,应建立民众应对灾难的自救、急救培训体系。而在校大学生培训应该先行一步,并带动全社会灾难急救、互救职能的培训体系建设。
