Abstract: In this paper,in order to advance the housing system reform and improve the overall level of construction,a demonstration indemnificatory apartments project was taken as a research object,and green construction technologies were integrated into the planning process and design of single building and building envelope.Besides,according to Shanghai "four high" construction standard,design strategies and methods of a green indemnificatory residential district were discussed.
