Abstract: ＜正＞病例资料患者,男,66岁,2h前无明显诱因突发胸痛、胸闷、气短伴左上肢酸麻不适、神志恍惚、大汗等症状急诊入院。体检:心率45次/分钟,血压70/40mmHg。实验室检查:血红蛋白125g/L;乳酸脱氢酶251U/L,肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶正常;肌钙蛋白正常;血电解质、肾功能正常;血糖7.62mmol/L。心电图提示:Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导
