Abstract: In this paper, mold electrode design was discussed in both cases by EDM hole-shaped mold cavity and mobile phone mold cavity, and how to choose EDM parameters were detailed according to the actual size of the electrode and EDM machining parameters table, which helps to better grasp the EDM in mold manufacturing.
