Abstract: Objective:To provide reference for the identification and development of Dendrobinm denneanum（Dendrobinm denneanum kerr.）.Methods:Macroscopic,microscopic observation and TLC technique were used to authenticate this crude drug.Results:the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics were comprehensively reported,and the obtained TLC fluorescent speckles of Dendrobinm denneanum took an identical color at the corresponding positions of the controls.Conclusion:The results serve as evidence for the application and establishment of quality standards.
