NF-κB分子生物学特性及其在牙周炎等炎症性疾病中的作用

Abstract: 核转录因子-kappaB（NF-κB）是细胞中重要的调节因子,静息状态下与一组抑制蛋白ΙκB家族成员结合形成复合体,以无活性状态存在于细胞质中。当细胞受到外界刺激时,IκB磷酸化,使NF-κB暴露出核定位信号,进入细胞核结合DNA,调节基因的表达。本文对NF-κB家族、分子生物学特性及在炎症性疾病和牙周炎发生和治疗中分子机制进行探讨,为用NF-κB抑制剂治疗开辟新途径。
