改良排牙试验及其在正畸矫治中的应用

Abstract: 目的介绍一种改良诊断性排牙试验。方法选择临床上需要采用诊断性排牙试验的患者10例,采用改良排牙试验方法进行排牙试验。在灌制石膏工作模型时,先灌制拟进行排牙试验的牙列模型,使用蜡片将该牙列部分与工作模型其他部分分开,方便牙列分割。牙齿分割及其他操作同传统排牙试验。结果改良排牙试验方法在牙齿分割方面能简化操作,获得良好效果。结论改良排牙试验能简化传统的排牙试验操作,提高排牙试验效率,可作为正畸诊断、制定治疗计划的辅助手段。
