Research and Reflection on the Models of Cross-regional S＆T Cooperation in Minority RegionChinese Full Text

Abstract: This paper analyzed the background and meaning of Cross-regional S＆T cooperation in Minority Region.With the principle cases,the paper concluded 5 models of Cross-regional S＆T cooperation in Minority Region,which are,Inter-government S＆T Cooperation,Province-ministry S＆T Cooperation,Province-instituate S＆T Cooperation,Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance and Cross-national S＆T Cooperation.The paper analyzed the characters of each model and the relationship among them.At last,the paper pointed out two refletions which respectly accordane with and against the main economics theory.
