3G手机涉黄信息的传播特点及应对策略

Abstract: 高度隐蔽性、点对点的即时互动的流媒体传播是3G手机传播的主要技术特点,这为手机涉黄信息的泛滥提供了新的传播漏洞。针对这一漏洞,本文认为,应从技术控制、法律监管、群防群治及加强青少年教育四个层面综合治理手机涉黄信息的泛滥。
