Study on Extracurricular Sports Activities and Physical Health Between the Students without Living with Parents and the Students Living with Parents in Middle SchoolChinese Full Text

Abstract: The comparison and analysis of extracurricular sports activities and physical health between the students without living with parents and the students living with parents in middle school were conducted by using documentary data method,physique health test,mathematics statistics and questionnaire survey.The relation between extracurricular sports activities and physical health was discussed.The difference of stature and weight between the two kinds of students was not evident(P>0.05).However,the difference was very significant(P<0.01) when lung capacity and stamina were checked by 1 000-meter-running for boys and 800-meter-running for girls.Besides,the discrepancy of the grip,which stands for the strength of upper limb and lower extremity,the standing long jump and the speed of 50-meter-running between them was notable.Most of the physical guidelines of the middle school students living with parents were obviously better than that of the middle school students without living with parents.
