江苏省地域科技资源配置效率研究

Abstract: 科技产出相对于科技投入存在时间上的滞后性,但并不能在具体的某一年体现出来,而是体现在科技资源投入后的若干年中。基于此思想,文章对经典的DEA模型进行了改进,并运用此模型对江苏省科技资源配置效率进行测度。
