Abstract: 双鸭山东荣二矿在综采工作面试验实施了机械化沿空留巷。利用混凝土输送泵通过管路将充填材料泵送至留巷空间内,充填模板自动布置并能调高,由端头液压支架拖动。实验研制的专用混凝土充填材料,凝固时间可控、强度高、塌落度同时满足泵送与初凝时间要求。该沿空留巷技术机械化程度高,工艺简单,充填支护体早强快、后期强度高,留巷巷道稳定性好、满足使用要求,经济和安全效益显著。
