食管癌术中吻合器的应用及吻合口并发症的防治

Abstract: 目的探讨食管胃吻合器在食管癌治疗中的应用及吻合口并发症的防治。方法对2012-02—2014-02我科收治的84例食管癌患者术中应用吻合器进行消化道重建,探讨术中操作技巧及并发症的防治。结果术后发生吻合口出血2例,吻合口狭窄6例,吻合口瘘1例,无死亡病例。结论食管癌患者术前需积极调整患者的营养状态并处理基础疾病,术中选择型号合适的吻合器并注意操作技巧,可有效减少患者术后并发症的发生。
