Abstract: The economic and financial crisis has changed the development trend and structure of world economy.Although the world economy is boosting up,it′s too early to tell that recovery has been made successfully.Furthermore,protectionism will exist for long term.Low-carbon economy is the development trend of world economy.World trade friction involving China will burst out.Exchange rate of USD against RMB would be a big problem between US and China for long time.These situations make it difficult for China to promote the pattern of economic development and readjust the industrial structure.We should take measures to achieve those goals.
