Abstract: This article focuses on the trade development, economic growth and convergence of ASEAN. Part one discusses the trade development among ASEAN countries. Part two investigates economic growth and GDP per capita of ASEAN members. The third part establishes a panel model to testify the correlation between ASEAN trade indices and GDP growth and economic convergence. The last part of this article gives conclusions and some opinions about the future development of ASEAN.
