道清铁路债务问题研究

Abstract: 整个道清铁路的历史就是归还债务的历史,该条铁路本是英国福公司自筹自建的一条运矿专线,铁路多经山谷,沿线物产不丰。福公司怕养路费用无着,通过外交手段迫使清政府将铁路借款赎回;后因路收无多,为扩充营业以归还债务,清政府又多次借债。这些债务多在民国十五年后因国内局势动荡而停止还本付息,积欠甚巨,直到南京国民政府成立后道清铁路的债务问题才得以解决。
