美国科技奖励法制对我国的启示

Abstract: 近现代以来,科技对经济和社会发展的巨大促进作用有目共睹,而科技奖励也成为科技飞速发展的内在动力和保障机制。我国科技奖励体制自1999年改革后,取得了一定进步,但仍有诸多不足之处,不能适应科技发展的需要和经济改革的要求。本文从研究美国发达的科技奖励体制入手,结合我国实际,提出了进一步完善我国科技奖励的建议。
