Abstract: This study described the cooperation relations between the large - scale retail enterprises and suppliers on the basis of the status quo in the basis of the life cycle theories,constructed the evolution model of the cooperative relations between the large - scale retail enterprises and suppliers,having a thorough analysis on the characteristics during the different life cycle stages of the cooperation evolution of large - scale retail enterprises and suppliers according to the cases. This paper will make a typical reference value and universal reference to help domestic retail enterprises improve the relationship with suppliers,guiding the relationship between retailers and suppliers move to a more healthy level.
