海峡两岸公共图书馆服务比较研究

Abstract: 公共图书馆代表着人类文明的发展程度,属于人类精神文明建设的重要成果,是社会公共文化服务体系的重要构成。公共图书馆以全面的信息资源来满足人们个性化信息需求。公共图书馆肩负着推动人类文明发展的历史使命,是构建和谐精神文化社会的时代阵地。立足于海峡两岸的发展现状,通过比较研究,对两岸公共图书馆的发展历程进行了简要概述,总结了经验和启示,以期对大陆公共图书馆服务建设提供借鉴。
