Abstract: The study and practice of educational technology have made some achievements in China after decades, but the practice of educational technology has not obtained ideal effect in that related cultural factors were ignored. Based on the discussions of the impact and infl uence on practice of educational technology in China, the paper suggested that a way of proving the practice of educational technology was to construct informationalized education culture.
