个人剂量监测异常剂量调查值设定的探讨

Abstract: 目的针对个人剂量监测过程中异常剂量常出现的现状,通过对三种异常剂量调查方法的比较,筛选适合本实验室的异常剂量调查值。方法以本实验室2007年出现在28个单位、106人共112人次的异常剂量（3个月/周期）为调查样本,按设定的三种异常剂量调查方法对其进行调查,并对调查结果做出相关数据的统计分析和比较,筛选出能有效清除非真实受照剂量的调查值。结果三种异常剂量调查方法中,调查设定值以本省年人均剂量0.89mSv为首选;以年调查剂量5mSv/a,四个监测周期导出1.25mSv为次选;以年调查剂量5mSv/a作为异常剂量调查值不可取。结论个人剂量监测数据的真实、有效是开展放射工作人员个人剂量监测工作的必要前提。
