Abstract: The bank card market in our country is summarized,bank card is defined,sorts and functions of bank card are enumerated,and the state of development of China’s bank card market is stated. Then the charge of bank card business annual service fee is analyzed,a full information dynamic game-"Nash Equilibrium"Model is constructed. Finally,two suggestions according to China’s bank card business are put forward: firstly,depending on the size scale of merchant transactions,differential pricing in the secondary trading range is implemented; secondly,according to the customer’s contribution to the size of banks,the difference of the charges is taken.
