Abstract: The course is the effective medium for the local college to practice the basic function and it is the key of the reform of local college.The local cultural man could be the value orientation which roots the humanity living in the established cultural atmosphere.But we should be carefully about the following:the first is to satisfied the demand of market unending;the second is to lost oneself in the discourse hegemony.
