Abstract: ＜正＞患者女,71岁,于2012年4月17日以"咽痛9天,颈部脓肿切开引流5天"为主诉收住院。患者于入院9天前因受凉感冒后出现咽部疼痛及吞咽痛,间断发热（体温不详）,伴全身不适,偶有咳嗽,无咳痰、胸痛、胸闷及呼吸困难,无声音嘶哑、恶心、呕吐,无高热、头晕、头痛等不适,经休息症状未缓
