MSCT诊断儿童肝脏副叶一例

Abstract: ＜正＞患儿女,3岁5个月。因咳喘3天于外院就诊。外院胸片示右下肺野心缘旁一椭圆形肿块影,密度均匀,边缘清楚,可疑右上腹部肿物。转至我院,体检示心肺正常,无明确外伤史。MSCT平扫示右侧膈肌局限向右侧胸腔膨隆,肝脏上方示一类圆形软组织密度团块影,以宽基底与肝脏右叶相延续,相邻右肺下叶片状致密影。增强扫描示肝右叶近膈面局部以宽基底向右侧胸腔隆起,自腹腔干可见一血管迂曲走行进入其内,并可见肝右静脉分支进入其中。肝中静脉增宽,肝右下后静脉轻度迂曲扩张。右
