Abstract: Using UG to establish dynamics model of double layer mesh gear, through UG and finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA interface technology of the entity model import in ANSYS/ LS-DYNA, the application of LS-DYNA in double layer mesh gear model nonlinear dynamic limit element analysis, the calculation result is accurate, intuitive and for double meshing gear contact stress analysis and strength check provides more rapid and effective methods, at the same time contains double meshing gears to provide the reference for the dynamic design of the gear system.
