Abstract: To evaluate the effects of ionizing radiation on lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and its adaptive responses,monoclonal antibodies（McAb） were used to isolate and recognize every lymphocyte subsets,3HTdR incorporation experiment was used to reflect the DNA synthesis of irradiated lymphocytes,and flow cytometry（FCM） was used to analyze the percentage change of every lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood.Results showed that at same dose of irradiation,DNA synthesis ability was suppressed in CD8 cell more serious than that of CD4 cell;after irradiation,percentage of CD4 cell was raised obviously,but B cell was decreased remarkably.Pre-exposing to4.8 cGy could induce a raise in the percentage of CD4 cell and a raise tendency in the percentage CD8,as compared with only radiation challenge dose group.The result demonstrated that the order of radiosensitivity was CD20 ＞ CD8 ＞ CD4 cell,and the adaptive response of CD4 cell was more strong than that of CD8 cell.
