Researching Design and Experiments of Spring Tined Type Picking Peanut MechanismChinese Full Text

Abstract: There is a spring tined picking peanut mechanism,the research methods include orthogonal table L8（27） and weighted scoring method. The rusults of experimental indicate the best combination is speed of rolling cylinder 500 r / min,8 teeth sticks,speed of feed wheel 300 r / min and the concave sieve gap of 7mm when other parameters are roller length1445 mm,roller diameter 480 mm,spring- tooth twist arms length 80 mm,concave sieve taper 1:24. The mechanism has been used in 4HJL- 1800 peanut combine harvester for testing. The rusults indicators meet the design and related requirements of peanuts picking. This research can provide useful references for the developing of full- feed peanuts combine harvester.
