Finite Element Analysis of the Caragana Microphylla Harvester Gear-housingChinese Full Text

Abstract: In order to optimize the structural parameter,to enhance its structural strength and rigidity,and to ensure the gear-housing is not destroyed,the frame is simulated by ANSYS for the caragana microphylla gear-housing.According to its structure and mechanical characteristics,the model is established.The loads and constraints are given by the self weight and loads respectively.Using the solid95 element to analyzed the composition,the displacement and stress distribution value are obtained.The maximum stress of structural danger point is 256 and the values achieve 24.9Mpa and the maximum deformation of structural danger point is 6752 and the value is 0.129mm.The result indicated that gear housing made by the material of cast iron is available.So,it is available to analysis statistic of the structure of the gear-housing with the ANASYS.
