Kinematics Simulation Analysis of Grass Fed Bodies of Crude Fiber Materials’s Square Bales BalerChinese Full Text

Abstract: For meeting the demanding trajectory of grass fed bodies of square bales baler about typical crude fiber materials and avoiding interference and collision with discharge port and piston structure,it through analyzing the movement characteristics of grass fed bodies using the ADAMS software,afterwards the relative displacement relationship and the variation of pressure grass board relative to the piston,pressure grass board relative to thedischarge port is obtained.Analysis of dynamics to the force which is measured by the ADAMS software,and check the safety design parameters of grass fed bodies’ support pieces,and put forward reasonable design proposals.Finally,put forward the optimize design of the program about avoiding interference,collision between grass fed bodies and piston or grass fed bodies and discharge port and increasing into the grass institutions support the fixed link hole security.
