Abstract: By finding out distribution of wind field in sprayer inside,and combining the distribution of wind field with real status,establish available project of wind field in sprayer inside.Last,testing the optimized results.From 3D modeling and numerical simulation,it is analyzed that sprayer has vortex inside pipeline consisted in the corner.Not only siphon has wastage which stem from itself,but also vortexes are able to bring pressure wastage and kinetic energy wastage.The test results indicated that after install the oriented object,uniformity of wind field has improved.Left wind speed of sprayer enhanced 10.6%,and right increased 1.5%.After optimization,sprayer wind speed of left and right has coherence,by and large.
