大学生应对方式与学习倦怠的关系:拖延行为的中介作用

Abstract: 目的:考察大学生的应对方式、拖延行为与学习倦怠之间的关系,以及检验拖延行为在应对方式与学习倦怠关系之间的中介作用。方法:采用简易应对方式问卷、Aitken拖延问卷和学习倦怠量表调查了466名大学生。结果:（1）大学生积极应对方式与学习倦怠存在显著负相关;消极应对方式与学习倦怠存在显著正相关;拖延行为与学习倦怠存在显著正相关。（2）应对方式、拖延行为对学习倦怠都有预测作用。（3）拖延行为在应对方式和学习倦怠间起部分中介作用。结论:大学生应对方式、拖延行为与学习倦怠三者关系密切,应对方式通过拖延行为的部分中介作用影响学习倦怠。
