Abstract: Objective:To observe the influence and mechanism of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion on cognitive function in rats of Dihuangyinzi.Method:Using rat model of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion by two-vessel occlusion,Learning and memory improvement was measured by Morris water maze, and T-AOC content was measured in hippocampu.Apoptotic cells rate in the hippocampus was measured by Flow cytometry.Result:Dihuangyinzi 20g/kg、10g/kg group, escape latency shortened, the number of cross platform increased,T-AOC content in the hippocampus was increased,Apoptosis in the hippocampus was significantly lower in rats. Conclusion:Dihuangyinzi improve the cognitive function of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion rats, which may be antioxidant and protection of hippocampal neurons, inhibit brain cell apoptosis.
