大亚湾实验发现新的中微子振荡

Abstract: ＜正＞2012年3月8日,大亚湾反应堆中微子实验发言人王贻芳在北京宣布: 大亚湾实验以5.2倍标准偏差的置信度（＞99.9999%）测得中微子混合角θ13不为零,首次实验发现了中微子的第三种振荡模式。这次发现具有极为重要的科学意义,引起了巨大反响。中微子极难探测,曾被称为"鬼"粒子,可是它像一只看不见的手,在最微观的世界和最宏观的宇宙中起着重要作用。
