Abstract: Objective:To explore the measures of improving the prognosis of status in perinatal period and the pregnant woman of the multiple gestation by analyzing the multiple pregnancy in 2008.Methods:To investingate the clinic complication and the prognosis of status in perinatal period of the multiple pregnancies 164 and the single prengnancies 5568 in 2008.Results:The complication of the pregnant woman of the multiplepregnancy group was higher than single pregnancy group,and the also the percent of adversity and mortality of status in perinatal period;at the same time,the percent of neonatal asphyxia andmortality of status by vag - inal delivery were significantly higher than the cesarean section,also higher than the single group;especially,those with vaginal assistance.Conclusion: Making some measures to improve the of health protection ofthe pregnant woman,perfectly widening the indication of the cesarean section over 32 weeks of gestation on basis of promoting lung maturity of being useful and to improve prognosis of the status in perinatal period and pregnant women of the multiple pregnancy.
