企业专利战略风险规避——以专利许可合同的适用为视角

Abstract: 企业专利战略在现代市场竞争中发挥着重要作用,但是企业专利战略具有风险性,对风险进行规避是企业顺利发展的必然选择.专利许可合同既是企业专利战略中不可或缺的,又是风险存在的主要因素之一.以专利许可合同的适用为视角,对企业专利战略的风险规避进行探究和分析,对企业发展具有重要的参考意义.
