独立学院毕业生就业竞争力探析

Abstract: 2014年,高校毕业生规模达到727万人,被称为"史上更难就业年".独立学院毕业生也同样遭遇就业寒冬,提高其就业竞争力已成为当务之急.本文分析了影响独立学院毕业生就业竞争力的主客观因素,并从国家、社会、学校和个人等方面对提高就业竞争力的方法和途径进行了探讨.
