我国上市公司自愿性信息披露现状分析与对策探究

Abstract: 信息在当前资本市场中起着决定性的作用.现代企业两权分离制度是导致资本市场上投资者与上市公司之间信息不对称的根本原因.随着我国资本市场近年来的迅速发展,上市公司信息披露的不完善不规范,直接导致了信息不对称问题的加剧,为了缓解这一问题,除了国家法律法规规定的要求上市公司进行强制性信息披露以外,自愿性信息披露就显得越来越重要.本文结合国内外文献资料以及抽样沪深上市公司年报资料对我国上市公司的自愿性信息披露现状进行了分析,指出存在的问题,并提出几点解决建议.
