Abstract: 目的:探讨钻孔外引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的治愈率,及如何减少并发症的发生.方法:对103例患者的病史进行回顾性分析,并结合自己的体会进行讨论.结果:钻孔外引流术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿具有效果好、恢复快、复发率低的优点.
