90后大学生思想行为特点及其引导策略

Abstract: 作随着时代的变迁,每一代人都有其自身独特的特点,这当然也包括了处于中国社会及经济转型期的90后大学生.他们行为务实但伴有一定的功利性,对人要求严格但有时对自己的所犯的错误又宽松处理,有时做事很有原则但偶尔一点原则性都没有,崇尚非主流文化.本文旨在研究90后大学生的行为特点并分析其原因,并在此基础上提出相关引导策略,以培养出优秀的社会主义接班人.
