提高应用型本科食品工程原理课程设计质量的探索

Abstract: 食品工程原理课程设计是综合运用食品工程原理及相关基础知识的具有总结性和实践性的教学环节.通过分析食品工程原理课程设计的现状,提出对应用型本科食品工程原理课程设计应从培养应用型人才出发,从设计选题、设计过程和考核方式等方面进行了初步改进,提高了食品工程原理课程设计的质量,增强了学生独立思考和工程实践的能力.
