低碳能源国际发展现状与趋势分析

Abstract: 介绍了美国、欧盟、英国、日本、德国等发达国家的最新低碳能源政策和发展路线图,分析了我国能源现状和面临的挑战.在此基础上,提出了我国低碳能源发展战略:大力发展洁净煤技术和碳捕集与储存技术（CCS）,大力开发太阳能、风能和地热能,适度发展生物质能、水势能和核能,积极探索冷聚变能、真空能和环境能.
