Abstract: 解偶联蛋白2(uncoupling protein 2,UCP2)是线粒体内膜上的阳离子载体蛋白,可引起质子渗漏,使线粒体膜电位降低,氧化磷酸化过程解偶联,从而使三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)合成减少;同时也能抑制活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)的产生.在不同的细胞,细胞不同状态下UCP2对细胞的影响不完全相同.UCP2对于机体能量代谢、活性氧的调控作用近年来备受关注,尤其在糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝、神经系统疾病、心脏疾病等研究领域.本文将对UCP2的作用、特点以及与一些疾病的关系作一阐述.
