Abstract: 文章论述了健美操运动时尚化的成因、特点及其对人们体育生活的影响,认为健美操时尚性的特点有:编排的时尚性;音乐选用的时尚性;服饰与健身器材的时尚性.为促进健美操进一步走进人们的体育生活中,加快体育生活化进程提出建议.
