Abstract: 民航飞行员的职业安全意识对于保障民用航空安全运输有重要意义,职业安全意识的影响因素问题是人们关注的焦点.本文尝试着分析影响民航飞行员职业安全意识的因素,这些因素主要包括:个人因素、群体因素、环境因素和管理因素.
