谈新时期如何做好大学生思想政治工作

Abstract: 随着社会的发展,如今的大学生已经在思想上出现了新的特点,以往的思想教育工作方式明显已经不再适合他们。新的大学生思想政治工作方式,必须以尊重为前提,工作要人性化,要让学生容易接受。也就是说,新时代下的思想政治工作要以情感为出发点,以科学理论为武装力量,耐心教导,循循善诱,重在提高思想教育工作的三个度,即效度、力度和广度,从而把思想教育工作提升到一个新的境界。
