多元文化视野下的群众文化建设研究

Abstract: 建设社会主义和谐社会,是我们党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的一项重大任务。面对改革开放大潮推动下的中国文化领域的多元化趋势,政府与社会在共同建设与繁荣群众文化的行动中,应采用理论分析与实际调查等方法,对影响群众文化建设的有利与不利因素进行分析,从中探索出适合新时期群众文化建设的理论观点与实践途径,以实现群众文化建设的系统化、层次化和功能化,切实体现为社会主义服务、为人民服务的方针。
